Responsible for providing comprehensive digital and technical support across various departments, from Hosts to the CEO. I specialize in exploring and implementing new and innovative approaches to enhance the technological aspects of our operations, resulting in successful improvements that boost revenue and profit. Among the key projects implemented under my leadership were the WONDR Photo Booth Camera, IoT integrations, Sales Dashboard, implementation of Customer Service (CS) and Horeca systems (for all the venues), Point of Sale (POS), Payment System, APIs and more.

Actively involved in the implementation of the new audio tour system at the Van Gogh Museum, delivered by NOUS Digital, while maintaining ongoing on-site oversight to proactively diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

As the Connectivity Manager at AWG, I play a key role in collaborating with their strategic technology partner, to ensure seamless execution of AWG development roadmap. My primary focus is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with industry standards. I serve as the main point of contact for their supply team, guiding them through the onboarding process, managing API and connectivity upgrades, and addressing any connectivity-related questions or issues. My role involves project management, effective communication, and ensuring smooth technical integration across our platforms.
